Xen 4.0 Hangs on reboot with Debian Squeeze and Intel DX79TO

Xen 4.0 hangs after a reboot.

I solved this issue editing /etc/default/grub as reported below:

root@silversurfer-> vim /etc/default/grub
 

add the "acpi=off" kernel directive

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="acpi=off nomodeset"

Done!
